Lawsuit after lawsuit! this time Mark Zuckerberg is being sued by Facebook shareholders who claim he knew the stock was way overvalued, at which point Zuckerberg unloaded his own shares to avoid furthering his own massive losses. |

He had to sell stock to cover his tax burden of options. Common IPO event for founders and key staff unless they have millions lying around. If he was sneaky he would have insisted on a lower price to pay taxes
