[SURVEY] Washington, DC and 9 other well known as liberal and democrat US cities ranked as the most literate city in the Nation. What does this say about Republicans?

It says mainly what anybody who looks at basic political demographics could tell you: Republicans . . . tend to be out in the suburbs or rural areas! City dwellers tend to be more left-leaning. Check out the states: the blue are the ones with the big cities, the red are the ones where "there's not much there, there". Then zoom into those states, and check what counties are red or blue; betcha dollars to donuts, the blue will be mostly concentrated in the cities.
Your interpretation also says that Republicans have absolutely no lock on being "mean-spirited". :-P
